Initiatives

Definition of the council and its objectives

It is a legal entity financially and administratively independent, that collects recruitment companies licensed to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and wish to achieve common goals, and the Council has an independent legal personality and financial liability, and works under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Objectives
  • Preparing studies to develop the recruitment sector.
  • Conducting awareness campaigns inside and outside the Kingdom.
  • Establishing a customer service center to receive companies' requests.
  • Cooperating with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and relevant authorities to negotiate with external authorities.
  • Submit suggestions to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to overcome difficulties and obstacles that companies may face
Regulations and regulations

The Coordination Council for Recruitment Companies works to provide a safe and healthy work environment that is consistent with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in compliance with Islamic law, and is committed to fulfilling employment and contractual rights towards its employees, clients and suppliers in accordance with the concluded contracts.
